Have you seen a Demonstration for Cutting Up a Bluefin Tuna from Japan before? I finally get to see it today and it is pretty interesting.
The above would be a Tuna Fish that weight more than 50Kg.

Note:
- A similar demonstration have been scheduled on tomorrow(2nd Jan 2012) and the upcoming Wednesday(4th Jan 2012) at 2pm. The demonstration will be held at the supermarket located at Basement 2 of Isetan Orchard. If you happen to be pretty free either tomorrow or the upcoming Wednesday, you probably might want to spend some time taking a look at how the 'Master' cut a big Tuna fish into pieces.
