A not so magical Magician Show

This was my first movie for the year 2012. Reason why I had chosen it was due to the following reasons. Firstly, that would be the fantastic actors(Tony Leung Chiu-Wai, Lau Ching-wan, etc) and the beautiful actresses(Zhou Xun, etc) of the movie. On top of the cast of the movie, when I was reading the plot of the movie, it seems like a movie revolving around the war times and the love relationship between the main characters... but why was the movie categorised under the genre of 'Comedy'? That was like a super big Question Mark... With a few humorous scenes and a few touches of visual effects, the overall movie turn out to be relaxing. :D Well, I'm looking forward to all the good movies that will be shown in the cinema in the year of the Dragon (2012).

Chinatown Chinese New Year Celebrations 2012.

According to the Traditional Chinese Astrology Horoscope,
2012 will be the year of the Water Dragon. Therefore it's time to witness...

Dragon ornaments flying all over the streets of Chinatown.
But wait this isn't everything...

here comes Papa Dragon.
This is probably the biggest Dragon along the streets of Chinatown.

Besides for all the flashy flashy Dragons, here are some other photos that was taken at Chinatown.

If you haven't been to Chinatown
during the Chinese New Year celebrations before,
you probably want to give it a try taking a look
at the goods that the stalls were selling there.
It might turn out to be an pretty interesting
journey after all. XD

Note:
  • Most of the stalls will only be opened in the evening.

The biggest Sin in this world...

For me, myself, I think that the biggest Sin in this world would be food wastage.

Why do I say so?
This is because if you take a look around, especially at places like Hawker Centre or various Restaurants, it isn't a very difficult task of spotting a common action of people leaving behind a large potion of food untouched. There could be a lot of reasons behind this behaviour. For example, medical reason, food freshness... etc. What makes me furious would be the cause of greediness. For example, a person went to a hawker centre. He saw 5 different kind of dishes that he wanted to try, hence he went ahead and ordered all the dishes at one go. After having a few bites from each dish, he was full, hence the rest of the food ended up into the rubbish bin. This can be annoying. Please try to recognise the fact that there could be a human being suffering from starvation as every minute goes by. Please try not to waste food at all times and if you really want to try a few dishes at one go, you can always look for a few friends and try all the good dishes together. Alternatively, I am always free when it comes to trying good food. Please contact me if you are looking for a food 'kaki'.

Another store to get all your HERSHEY’S

On top of the 2 slightly a bit more inaccessible HERSHEY'S stores in Singapore, here comes a 3rd one.

Giant HERSHEY’S bar character.

Especially with the Christmas season around the corner, you probably want to pop by the 3rd HERSHEY'S store in Singapore and do some shopping. Besides for the chocolates that HERSHEY'S were famous for, they also sell HERSHEY'S merchandise like shirts, mugs, caps, etc... As for why this store was much more accessible than the earlier 2 stores in terms of the location would be due to the fact that this store was located at CityLink Mall, also known as the underground pass from City Hall MRT to suntec city.

So why not hurry doen to the store and do some shopping now... :D
